This part of the poem is from a different perspective than the previous two installments. Enjoy getting in the head of the woman in the woods. :)

ThereÂ
   In the wood
         A traveller
An intruder
Stands frozen under her gaze.
   She curses him, poison dripping from her teeth
Lightning flashes through the trees- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â and he is blind
   She stills, turns a blade in her hand, the duck sails to the forest floor
Thunder roars underfoot- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â and he is afraid
